Terms and Conditions for Meal Delivery and Catering Business

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legal agreement between MIDI LLC ("we," "us," or "our") and the users ("you" or "your") of our meal delivery and catering services. By accessing or using our website, mobile application, or any other platform through which our services are offered (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
- Acceptance of Terms:By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
- Meal Orders:a. You may place meal orders through our Platform. b. All orders are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
- Catering Services:a. Catering services must be booked in advance. b. A non-refundable deposit may be required for catering orders. c. Changes to catering orders must be communicated at least 15 days in advance.
- Pricing and Payment:a. Prices for meals and catering services are listed on our Platform. b. Payment must be made in full before the delivery or catering service.
- Delivery:a. Delivery is available within our specified service area in California. b. Delivery times are estimated and may be subject to delays.
- Cancellation and Refunds:a. Cancellations for meal orders must be made at least [X] hours before the scheduled delivery time. b. Refunds may be issued at our discretion and in accordance with our refund policy.
